Refund & Cancellation Policy for TrackEase INC

At TrackEase INC, we strive to provide high-quality ELD services and support to all our customers. Please carefully review our policies below:

1. Subscription Costs

TrackEase INC does not offer refunds for any subscription costs associated with our ELD services. Once a subscription fee is paid, it is non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Service Fees

Similarly, any fees related to additional services provided by TrackEase INC are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, setup fees, customization fees, or any other service-related charges.

3. Cancellation

You are entitled to cancel your order within one day without providing any reason. The deadline for canceling an order is one day from the date you received the goods or from the date a third party you appointed (who is not the carrier) takes possession of the product delivered.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us with a clear statement of your decision. You can do this by sending an email to support@trackeaseinc.com.

4. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The goods were purchased within the last 30 days.

  • The goods are in their original packaging.

  • The following goods cannot be returned:

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • Goods that deteriorate rapidly or have passed their expiration date.

  • Goods unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery.

  • Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.

5. Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. Please send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of return delivery.

6. Reimbursement

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day we receive the returned goods. Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

7. Changes to the Policy

TrackEase INC reserves the right to modify this refund and cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed of any updates.
